Reshuffling: Higher education secretary appointed
Provincial govt appoints Dr Mansoor Abbas Rizvi as the higher education secretary for Sindh.
He was serving as a special secretary in the health department before. Dr Rizvi confirmed this new appointment and admitted that it was a challenging task. He said he will try to fulfil his responsibilities.
