MINGORA: Sara and Uzma Amjad, of Swat College of Science and Technology, secured the first and second positions among girls in the pre-engineering group.

“I would see other students top their exams and always wanted to follow in their footsteps,” said Sara, expressing her joy at an event organised to celebrate the top 20 position-holders of the FA/FSc exams.

These are the results, according to a BISE Swat press release:

“Although we all worked hard before the exams, without our parents’ prayers it would not have been possible,” said Shahab Khan, a student of Swat Cadet College, while talking to The Express Tribune. “I’m really happy today as I’ve secured the first position and am grateful to my teachers for their untiring efforts with us.”
