Outgoing: Four cell phone tower batteries lifted

ISLAMABAD: Around four armed men made away with four heavy batteries on a cell phone tower in Sector G-8/1 in the Margalla area while holding the security guard at gunpoint. Security guard Barkat Ali lodged a case with the police stating four armed men entered the site and held him hostage at gunpoint before fleeing with four backup batteries, each worth tens of thousands of rupees. Investigation is under way.
