On alert: Rangers devise security plan

KARACHI: A high-level security conference was held at the Rangers Headquarters to devise plans for the security of sensitive installations. Senior Rangers official presented a comprehensive plan which was discussed at length. Rangers spokespersons said that contingencies were analysed and plans were finalised, adding that representatives of relevant departments have been directed to exercise extreme vigil and share information. Those attending the conference included additional IGP, sector commanders of Rangers and other senior officials of the Rangers and police.
