Fundraiser for Thar

Khas, Sadaqat Group, Hungarian embassy team up.

Khas Stores and Sadaqat Group recently sponsored a charity dinner, in association with the Embassy of Hungary in Pakistan to raise funds for the displaced people of the Thar desert.

The philanthropic event was attended by foreign dignitaries and Faisalabad’s elite. The guests made generous donations for the deserving cause of assisting the communities displaced by drought. This event was the start of great philanthropic path that Khas has taken, along with the Sadaqat Group, which has been associated with some great charity work previously too.

The event was a success, with the cream of the town in its guest list, it was sure to raise some high funds. Not only because the event was a social platform for the people to show their glitz and glamour, but because the people genuinely wanted to help out the suffering Thar population.
