Two-year-old girl allegedly raped and killed in Multan

Suspect said to be 17-year-old boy; investigation underway.

MULTAN: A two-and-a-half-year-old girl was allegedly raped and killed in Multan, Express News reported on Wednesday.

The girl went missing at 10am in the morning and was found an hour later in the house next door.

She was allegedly raped by a 17-year-old boy who was working on the construction of the neighbouring house. Relatives suspected that the boy was responsible for her disappearance, and upon breaking in, found the girl's body there.

The body has been shifted to a nearby hospital for postmortem.Police is further investigating the case.
