Whereabouts unknown: Teenage boy missing since a month

DI KHAN: A teenage boy has been reported missing since last month, DI Khan city police said on Saturday. On June 25, Waqar, 13, a resident of Zafarabad Colony, went to the auto workshop at Quershi Mor where he worked and in the evening went to a nearby mosque to offer prayers. However, he never returned home, stated an FIR lodged by Waqar’s parents. Police said an investigation is under way to determine the cause of the incident. Separately, unidentified men looted the operator of a police control room. Liaqat Ali was returning home on a motorcycle when gunmen intercepted him and snatched his motorbike, cellular phone and two SIMs within the jurisdiction of Parowa police.
