ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister House on Saturday rejected Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chairperson Imran Khan's claim that the government spends Rs4 million on the PM House on a daily basis, Express News reported.

According to sources, the PM House stated that their daily expenditure amounts to Rs1 million. The amount includes salaries of staff members and spending on guests.

Imran Khan on Friday had said that the PML-N government was wasting money while IDPs were dying of hunger and disease.

He had stated that Rs4 million was spent every day on the PM House and millions were wasted on advertising.

The party chief had also made a veiled attack aimed at the prime minister and said that the rulers purchased two bulletproof vehicles costing Rs225 million while IDPs were deprived of basic facilities.

Saima | 9 years ago | Reply I’m not surprised to see that a lot of Noora’s supports think that FATA is under KPK govt. as these are the same people who voted for him who lack basic knowledge about provinces”" They want to keep people backward that why Noora is never interested in education .. Otherwise these newly educated people won’t be easy to fool with metro bus and laptops or motorways. 10 lacs is a lot of money for a poor nation Noora should have followed Bloomberg’s example of not taking and salary or claiming and expense from New York City as he is well off but that might happen in Pakistan in another 500 years not expecting anything from this govt.
