FAISALABAD: Police on Thursday arrested a man for impersonating an intelligence agency officer. CPO Dr Haidar Ashraf said accused Mazharul Haq used to introduce himself as an intelligence agency employee and ask government officials to fulfill his demands. He also extorted money from people. Ashraf said police started monitoring the suspect after receiving complaints. “A police team succeeded in locating his residence and took him into custody,” he said.
