Torture: Man’s hair, moustache shaved off by rivals

ISLAMABAD:

A man was kidnapped and tortured by his rivals in the Sihala area. Five people kidnapped Ghulam Abbas while he was returning home after work.

They took him to a deserted area, and tortured him before shaving off his hair, moustache and eyebrows.

Abbas told the police that Nasir*, Kashif* and three accomplices intercepted him near Kak Pul and took him to Dandi village, where they tortured him by burning his body with cigarettes before humiliating him in the market.
