Gone missing: Police asked to find kidnapped son

According to Abdul Rasheed, the Ghotki and Mirpur Mathelo police had not lodged an FIR about the kidnapping.

The kidnapping of a primary school teacher three days ago led residents of the Vango village, to hold a protest on the bypass on Thursday.


They managed to hold up traffic on the national highway for more than an hour. The protest was led by the teacher’s father, Abdul Rasheed Khushk, who told journalists that Mian Khan Khushk was a teacher and run a car showroom.

He said that on Tuesday, Mian Khan went to work with potential clients and never came back. He added that his son had called him from Ghotki but when they tried calling back, the cell phone was powered off.

According to Abdul Rasheed, the Ghotki and Mirpur Mathelo police had not lodged an FIR about the kidnapping. He appealed to the DIG Sukkur and IG Sindh to take notice and ask the police to find his son.
