According to a petition filed by Ghulam Murtaza advocate, Yousaf had stolen the amount from his chambers. The lawyer stated that he had invited Yousaf to his office to discuss a case. He said the money was offered to Yousaf as a settlement to withdraw a case. The lawyer said Yousaf fled with the money. He said police had not taken action against the accused.
