Nbf activities: Reading over the summer

The programme will feature drawing, painting and other fine arts activities.

The National Book Foundation is starting a Summer Book Club comprising entertainment and educational programmes to provide opportunities for grooming and personality building of the children.


From the second week of June, the programme aims to inculcate reading habits in children aged 5-14. Books such as Iqbal Series, Sun Series, Afaq Encyclopedia, books on English language, mathematics and general science subjects, creative arts and general knowledge will be a part of the book club.


In addition, the programme will also feature drawing, painting and other fine arts activities.
