Explosion in JI office in Peshawar

An explosion just took place near the Jamat-i-Islami office in Peshawar.

PESHAWAR: An explosion has just taken place inside the Jamat-i-Islami office in Peshawar.

According to Express 24/7 correspondent Umar Farooq, no casualties have so far been reported.

Initial reports suggest the explosion occurred from a bomb which was planted in the washroom of the office.

The roof of the building has been damaged.

Mohammed Arif | 13 years ago | Reply Agencies should check all the bathrooms of JI offices where the terrorists hide the bombs before given an assignment. It exploded because of high temperature. JI chief should investigate the matter and give punishment to office bearers.
