LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Kahna SHO on a petition by a woman seeking the registration of a case against a man she accuses of threatening to kill her after she reprimanded him for beating up a stray dog. Irshad Bibi said she saw Abdul Ghani beating up a stray dog and asked him to stop. She said that that upset Ghani who said she had no business advising him what to do.
