The police booked a young man for attempting to commit suicide in the Airport area of Rawalpindi.
Ajmeer Khan shot himself with a pistol at his house in New Fazal Town after his parents allegedly scolded him over a family issue, police said on Wednesday.
The local police shifted the injured to a hospital, where his condition was stated to be stable.
Meanwhile, Raza Muhammad lodged a complaint with the local police that his Suzuki Mehran had been stolen from outside a shop in Commercial Market. The police registered separate cases.
