MOHMAND AGENCY: Four bodies were recovered from Peshawar Road in Karapa area of Mohmand Agency on Monday.
According to a Khasadar official, the deceased were believed to be members of a peace committee. Muhammad Naeem Khan, an official of the political administration Ekka Ghund sub-division, said the bodies were shifted to Rural Health Centre, Ekka Ghund.
An injured man was also found near the bodies and was taken to a hospital in Peshawar for medical assistance.
Further investigations into the incident are underway.
Peace committee members shot dead
On the evening of May 15, two unidentified assailants riding a motorcycle had shot a peace committee member dead in Mingora, Swat.
On April 22, unidentified motocyclists had gunned down a peace committee member in Jehangirabad area of Faqirabad.

This is the Modi-fication of this whole game. There are elements that can't see the 'peace process' between pakistani state and TTP to be successful.
It is the harsh fact of no writ of Govt. even armed forces have not yet realized the consequences of martyrdom of Amman Committee members, people would feel more safe with terrorists than with the govt. and armed forces, whosoever is doing this must be punished immediately and severely....
Let us continue to beg these Muslim brothers to have mercy and come to the negotiating table. Pakistan has no future with the rightwing parties supported by TTP ruling the country.
