Busted: Four extortionists arrested
The DPO has announced rewards for the police team that arrested the men.
MULTAN:
Muzaffargarh police on Saturday arrested four members of a 10-man gang wanted for extortion. District Police Officer (DPO) Rai Zameerul Haq told The Express Tribune they had been arrested from Okara. He said the gang had been active in southern Punjab for 10 months. He said they had been collecting ‘protection’ money from traders in 10 districts. The DPO has announced rewards for the police team that arrested the men.
