ABU DHABI: The second One Day International (ODI) of the Pakistan versus South Africa series in Abu Dhabi has started on schedule, against the backdrop of the verdict of the International Cricket Council's (ICC) suspension of cricket players Salman Butt and Mohammad Aamir.

The second ODI has started with South Africa winning the toss and choosing to bat in the first innings.

According to cricinfo.com, the squad for today's match is as follows:

Pakistan squad: Asad Shafiq, Mohammad Hafeez, Younis Khan, Misbah-ul-Haq, Fawad Alam, Shahid Afridi*, Abdul Razzaq, Zulqarnain Haider†, Shoaib Akhtar, Wahab Riaz, Saeed Ajmal.

Butt and Aamir remain suspended after the ICC rejected their appeals against suspension that followed allegations of spot-fixing.
