The first phase of a survey to identify buildings constructed without authority, started on April 15, would conclude on Tuesday (tomorrow).
A 10-member team, headed by Municipal Services Executive District Officer Masood Tamanna, will inspect commercial buildings in Data Ganj Bakhsh Town.
The town has been divided into four sections; buildings in Gowalmandi and Ganpat Road are being inspected.
The team will take into account several aspects, including availability of fire fighting equipment and proper parking lots. The buildings will also be e-tagged for mapping.
A report will be sent to District Coordination Officer Javed Qazi for further action.
