Meeting In Tehran: Sartaj delivers PM’s letter to Rouhani

ISLAMABAD: Adviser to the PM on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz – who is visiting Iran as a Special Envoy of the Prime Minister – called on Iranian President Dr Hassan Rowhani on Monday.

According to a press statement, Aziz conveyed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s message of friendship, brotherhood, harmony and cooperation to Dr Rowhani.

The adviser handed over to the Iranian president a letter from the PM Nawaz, who is expected to pay an official visit to the neighbouring country next month.

Dr Rowhani said he was looking forward to Nawaz’s visit which would pave the way for enhanced cooperation between the two countries.
