Dengue virus affects 1,600 in Punjab
The Punjab Health Department says 241 people infected with dengue virus in the last 24 hours.
The Punjab Health Department on Saturday said that 241 people have been infected with the dengue virus in the last 24 hours while the total number of dengue patients in Punjab has risen 1,600 people.
In Lahore, 194 new cases have been detected today as it seems the dengue virus is on the rise.
Meanwhile, in Hyderabad, 19 more dengue cases have been confirmed of which three are doctors whle in Chakwal, the death toll has risen to 80 with 168 people including six doctors being diagnosed.
Moreover, several new dengue cases have also been reported from Sialkot, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Raheem Yar Khan, Multan and Faisalabad.
