A Kotwali police spokesman said Ali Akhtar*, 20, resident of Garh Maharaja, had been staying at a hotel room near Ayub Chowk in Jhang City with a girlfriend, Maryam.
Hotel manager Riaz Noal told newsmen that on Saturday the hotel staff heard shrieks from the room.
“When we entered the room, we found him lying in a pool of blood. The girl was nowhere to be found,” he said.
The manager called the Rescue 1122 and the police.
The injured man was taken to Jhang district headquarters (DHQ) hospital from where he was referred to Allied Hospital Faisalabad. He was discharged from the hospital on Sunday after a surgery.
He told newsmen he worked in Islamabad and had been dating a worker of the Health Department, Maryam. He said he was engaged to be married to his cousin and had told Maryam about this.
“She suggested we rent a hotel room to meet one last time. There, she attacked and castrated me,” he said.
Kotwali police have registered a case on the complaint of hotel manager Riaz Noal under section 334 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
Kotwali SHO Rana Umar Daraz Khan said an investigation team had been constituted headed by Sub Inspector Muhammad Khan to find and arrest the girl.
SI Muhammad Khan said the girl lived in Garh Maharaja. He said the police had raided her house but she was not there.
He said the police had detained her father Khadim Hussain.
He said Hussain was cooperating with the police and had promised to find his daughter in the next two days.
The name has been changed to protect identity

According to Islamic Law, both needed to be penalized accordingly of the crime they committed. The "ZINA" is the sin of both of them.
The girls in our society are venarable to maiarrage offers of the likes of this guy. Both should be let go now that he got punishment already . Police will now punish the girl , that is my biggest worry.Poor one will get punished thorughout her life any way by our illiterate society.

I am amazed and extremely saddened to see so many people especially women supporting such an act. Had this kind of act happened with a female, everybody would have jumped crying into the feminist bandwagon. Boy was wrong but the girl was not an angel either, she was not forced or raped but she agreed to the relationship they both previously had. The guy obviously has been less than truthful with this girl while taking advantage of her for his sexual needs. He must have promised to marry her. When he finally told her the truth, justifiably, the girl went ballistic and castrated him. I think justice has been served here.

Zina is zina both parties have to be arrested and punished for it if it happened. However the the second part is about the crime related to assaulting a man and the girl needs to be punished for it. Other women should learn a lesson not to date men and get married in the orthodox way. You cant get a man by sleeping with him. As far as the father of the girl being arrested is concerned . Yes the police can do it as he is the relaive of the girl who apparently has assaulted a man, its legal and according to law. This is a legal problem law does not consider emotions as a valid cause to assault someone.

well done girl, I would urge all girls to do the same to their cheating partners or so called boyfriends. he deserved this punishment. What I find more disturbing than the girl's actions are the comments of those supporting her actions. There's a difference between the infliction of emotional and physical pain. Yes, by all means, the guy is guilty of breaking the girl's heart. But a broken heart heals with time whereas the guy can NEVER get his manhood back. He was wrong, I agree, but this is a brutal, barbaric revenge. The girl isn't innocent here. Let's not bring violence into everything. Take a step back and think clearly for a second. I believe girl has done the right to a guy who knowingly used her and tried to dispose her. It is noteable that editor said girl convinced him to "let us meet very last time in a hotel room". It means they used to meet there frequently and boi thought that he had one more chance to enjoy.
I think boi should have refused her to meet again if he was true. He came there again to enjoy and not only betrayed the girl but also his fiance (which I believe he was lying to get rid of her gf).
That boi deserved that because girl knew that boi will get clean after taking a mere shower and she may not be able to get any justice rather she will bevome a source of mockery for people.

Buddy, look at my comment once again, I wrote "Apart from" not "Instead of", which clearly shows that both of them are the culprits, but here only the girl is being pursued and is being shown upon as the sole cause of this whole incident, although the man is also equally responsible, and not just for cheating upon one women, but two.

The relationship was clearly consensual for both, so don't go blaming the man alone. If extra-marital sex is a crime then they are both equally guilty of it, but there is no law against lying to your lover. What the woman did is a heinous crime, and she must be punished for it.
first of all i want to congratulate all the people who dedicated their precious time and mind to complete the story which obviously wasn't done by the editor may be due to lack of space. Apart from trying to arrest the girl, the man should be apprehended for dis-obedience of Pakistan Penal Code (Act-XLV of 1860), for have premarital relationship.
