Security threat: Sindh secretariat closed to public

Only government employees are allowed to enter the premises of the Tughliq House and the secretariat’s new building

Following security threats, the main gate of the Sindh secretariat was closed to the public on Wednesday.

According to officials, only government employees are allowed to enter the premises of the Tughliq House and the secretariat’s new building through another gate.


After the order, a large number of police personnel were deployed around secretariat and people who had come in from different districts of Sindh were kept waiting outside the building.
