Heinous crime: Man murdered by ‘wife’

Abdul Hakeem police say the deceased, Muhammad Zafar, often quarrelled with his wife Parveen Bibi.

KHANEWAL: A man was murdered allegedly by his wife in Khanewal on Wednesday. Abdul Hakeem police said the deceased, Muhammad Zafar, often quarrelled with his wife Parveen Bibi. On Wednesday, police said Parveen Bibi and Zafar exchanged harsh words as a result of which she attacked him with a club when he was sleeping, killing him on the spot. Police said a case had been registered against the woman.
