Welfare: Cheques distributed among the needy

The DCO gave Rs300,000 cheque to Waseem Shamim, for a liver transplant.

MULTAN: District Coordination Officer (DCO) Zahid Saleem Gondal on Thursday gave cheques to two people in need of financial help on behalf of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The DCO gave Rs300,000 cheque to Waseem Shamim, a resident of Shujabad. Shamim needed the money for a liver transplant. The DCO also gave a Rs100,000 cheque to Sajida Bibi. Member of Provincial Assembly and Parliamentary Secretary on Agriculture Rana Ejaz Ahmed Noon was also present on the occasion.
