Notices ignored: Court orders SHO arrested for delaying trial
Kahna SHO failed to produce witnesses and evidence in a murder trial even though several notices had been issued.

The CCPO was directed to arrest the SHO and produce him before the court. He should also produce the witnesses in court, the judge said. The court had issued several notices to the Kahna SHO for producing the witnesses but the SHO had not appeared in court and neither had any witness.
