HYDRABAD: University of Sindh, Jamshoro, associate professor Dr Mukhtiar Ahmed Mahar received the Prof Dr Mirza Azhar Beg Gold Medal 2014 for Young Researcher under 45 years of age.
The Zoological Society of Pakistan awarded Dr Mahar for having made outstanding research contributions in the field of fisheries in the country through various projects.
