MQM barrister Farogh Naseem had stated that the board only has government doctors and submitted a request in the court to include private doctors as well.
Aziz was arrested by police on February 8 and was released on bail the next day. Aziz had claimed that he was tortured during police interrogation. He was taken to Darul Sehat Hospital after having been detained by the police for about 10 hours.
A few days after the incident, on February 11, MQM had gone to court against, what it called, extrajudicial killings of its workers.
The MQM had claimed that around eight party workers have been killed while over 45 have gone missing in the city.
On the same day, Sindh High Court Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar had ordered that the First Information Report (FIR) and medical report of Fahad Aziz be presented to the court within 15 days.

Why is JUSTICE so scarce everywhere in the world? Because Muslims are so scarce everywhere in the world. Muslims are identified by the display of being upholder of justice in their deeds. Consequently Muslims will also display through their deeds that standing before the Supreme Judge (swt) on the day of Judgement is laways uppermost in their minds. Looking at the way people behave one can guess that overwhelming majority of the humankind is in for a "very very rude shock" on that terrible terrible day i.e. the day of Judgement including hordes of fake Muslims we come across everywhere today. Will that day come my way? Ugh I do not believe it. Will my disbelief in the Sun rising tomorrow morning, make stop it from doing what the Lord Creator has set it on its course? Will it?
And Justice. Bhatti was on the bench too
