Heinous crime: LHC dismisses rape suspect’s bail

Counsel for accused says he is innocent.

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Tuesday dismissed bail request of a man accused of raping a six-year-old-girl in Shahdara.

Counsel for the accused said he was innocent.

The investigation officer said there was sufficient evidence to prove the man’s involvement in the case.
