GUJRANWALA: The Solid Waste Management has been provided eight vans to improve workers’ performance and cleanliness in the district. A Solid Waste Management official said that there was a need for additional vans to pick up waste from several areas of the city given the city’s fast expansion. He said more vans meant more accessibility to places. He said this would help teams maintain cleanliness by taking rounds in all union councils.
