Development funds: Rs43.61m released for six TMAs

BAHAWALPUR: Finance Department on Monday released Rs43.61 million for six tehsil municipal administrations in the district. A department official said that R12.99 million was issued for the Bahawalpur TMA, Rs5.33 million for the Bahawalpur Saddar TMA, Rs11.21 million for the Ahmadpur East TMA, Rs5.05 million for the Hasilpur TMA, Rs2.87 million for the Khairpur Tamewali TMA and Rs6.15 million for the Yazman TMA. He said over Rs1.3 billion had been issued for 144 TMAs in the Punjab.
