I remember witnessing a hoard of firefighters in front of this very same building, about a year or so ago. For whatever reason they were there, a complete checkup of the said building should have proceeded that event to rule out fire hazards. A fire in the same building after such a short time screams to me criminal negligence. The other, but less likely possibility could be sabotage.
