Customer facilitation: Askari launches new call centre

Through its call centre, customers can now perform a host of financial transactions including utility bill payments

KARACHI: Askari Bank Limited has launched its new call centre with advanced state of the art technology to facilitate its customers. Through its call centre, customers can now perform a host of financial transactions including utility bill payments, credit card payments, mobile top-up, transfer funds (within Askari bank / interbank) and much more, making it convenient for the customers to perform their banking transactions. The call centre was inaugurated by Askari Bank Limited Chairman Board of Directors, Lt. General (Retd) Muhammad Mustafa Khan. Speaking on the occasion, Khan said that in this competitive environment, customer convenience and technology driven products and services were the benchmark for success.
