Earlier, the ministries of health and local government were also taken away from Muzaffar.
Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon will now be taking care of the KWSB.

The appointment of Muzaffar as the chairperson of KWSB had come as a surprise to many, including members of the opposition parties in Sindh Assembly as the post was traditionally held by the city mayor or district Nazim.
Muzaffar – during his short tenure – took strict action against those involved in tanker mafia and demolished many illegal water hydrants.
Zardari connection
Muzaffar is former president Asif Ali Zardari’s foster brother and was known by his nickname Tappi – an alias he disowns now.
He contested the May 11 elections from PS-88, Ghora Bari, in Thatta.

Asif Zardari's half-brother (Owais Muzaffar Tappi) was discovered when he had taken over the oath as President of Pakistan after an undisclosed will of his slain wife. When Zardari's tenure ended so has the rule of his cronies! They will now "retire" peacefully somewhere in Switzerland or France and enjoy rest of their lives with the wealth they have gathered during this tenure!
Tappi in his short tenure had done good work. Be it banning the chingchis (later overturned by the courts), action against tanker mafia, cleanup job during Eid ul Azha and a number of other matters. It is increasingly becoming clear that the Sindh PPP comprising of conglomerate of feudals headed by the CM will not tolerate any minister who would do even an iota of good work even if he has powerful associations.

These are all political tactics. I reckon PPP is planning something 'BIG' for Mr. Tappi. The heredity politics will continue to prevail in this unfortunate country!
Nothing strange it depends their (politicians or leaders) mode, if you want to continue your job then keep sending money.
Seems Mr Tappi has fallen from grace in the Zardari household. Must be some "accounting error" on his part !!
If he took serious action against tanker mafia then why he removed? could not understand the logic? We all know that he is Zardari's favourite so what is happeining at PPP leadership? I guess he took all the money and could not distribute among PPP leadership lol.
Was he removed because of serious actions taken by him against tanker mafia or due to close association with Mr. Zardari???
