A female constable and former SHO were arrested in a kidnapping case on Saturday.
KHAIRPUR:
A female constable and former SHO were arrested in a kidnapping case on Saturday. Kumb police arrested former SHO Ghulam Ali Jagirani and constable Yasmeen Rind for the kidnapping of Shoukat Ali Rind and Imam Bux Rind. Jagirani has denied the charges, claiming that they are being framed by Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz leader Mumtaz Ali Rind.
