Relatives of two Czech women kidnapped in Pakistan in March released a new video that showed them asking Czech authorities to take action to free them.

The video of Hana Humpalova and Antonie Chrastecka was made in late August and delivered to the Czech embassy in Islamabad, Czech foreign ministry spokeswoman Johana Grohova told reporters.

The video offers no indication of the kidnappers’ identity. Chrastecka asked Czech authorities to work with the Pakistani government to help her ‘go home’.

The Czech foreign ministry also released a video of their mothers asking the kidnappers to treat them well. The 24-year-old psychology students were kidnapped on March 13 while being escorted by a tribal policeman after crossing into Pakistan from Iran.

In another video released in June, the women asked for the release of Aafia Siddiqui, jailed in the US on charges of terrorist links.

They are innocent girls who contributed to better life in this world by their work much more than such brainwashed cowards who kidnapped them. These girls are good people who deserve support, mercy and compassion. They didnt commit anything bad in their lives unlike those kidnappers. And of course these girls were not naive. They knew well that this is lethally dangerous area so they asked for armed guard to accompany them. Travellers passion is not guilt. So guilt is fully on kidnappers who are commiting such crimes. And they dragged them into issue with which these girls don't have anything in common. And I would wonder how many common pakistani people silently agree with such crimes towards innocent foreigners. Yes it is true that there are commited similar crimes towards muslims on the west but you can't excuse one crime by another one.
