Upgrade: ‘Rs38.6m for fruit, vegetable markets’

FAISALABAD: “The district government has approved Rs38.6 million for developing and improving the vegetable and fruit markets in Faisalabad,” Market Committee Chairman Akbar Ghauri said on Thursday.

He said Rs34 million would be spent on Sabzi Mandi, Saddar, Rs2.6 million on Sabzi Mandi at Ghulam Muhammadabad and Rs2 million on Faisalabad grain market.

The picture is so colorful and luscious. Pakistan has an abundant variety of fruits in all seasons. Can be used to earn more foreign exchange with proper preservation and distribution. There are very few countries in the world where there are so many variety of fruits, with excellent quality is available.
