Sexual abuse: Teenage girl abducted and assaulted

KARACHI: A fifteen-year-old girl was subjected to sexual assault in Karachi on Friday. The girl Z*, according to her initial statement was kidnapped by an anonymous rickshaw driver when she was on her way to home on Friday noon. “I was given some kind of juice by the rickshaw driver and later I did not know what happened,” she told the doctors at the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre. The girl was found in unconscious condition within the limits of Defence police station. She later contacted her family. “After taking her back home, the girl’s family tried to admit her to a private hospital but the hospital’s administration refused to admit her and later the family again brought her at JPMC in the evening,” said JPMC’s Joint Executive Director Dr Seemin Jamali while talking to The Express Tribune.
