HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, being the heir of Benazir Bhutto and grandfather Zulfikar Bhutto’s legacy, holds the future leadership of the Pakistan Peoples Party. At the 30th commemorative anniversary of the martyrs of Movement for Restoration of Democracy (MRD), Shah said, “Some people over the age of 60 pose themselves as leaders of the youth but they are betraying the nation, since it’s only Bilawal who is the young leader of this country.” The event was held on Sunday evening at Benazirbad’s Punhal Khan Chandio village, whose 30 village members were killed during the MRD movement. Shah said the PPP does not believe in doing politics in the name of its martyrs. The martyrs are commemorated for their struggle and sacrifices for the democratic struggle.
