Disorderly conduct: Licences of three lawyers suspended

LAHORE: The disciplinary committee of the Punjab Bar Council (PBC) on Friday suspended licences of three lawyers over misconduct. The lawyers whose licences were suspended include Syed Jawad Raza, Muhammad Nadeem Anjum and Malik Javed Sabir. The committee suspended their licences on a reference moved by the Lahore High Court (LHC) after senior civil judge Farrukh Hussain forwarded a complaint against them for disorderly conduct in his court after he passed an order, asking for a minor to be produced before the court. The disciplinary committee sent the case to the LHC registrar for further proceedings by the tribunal against the three lawyers.  The three-member is headed by an LHC judge.
