LAHORE: A district coordination meeting of low-tuition private schools partnering with the Punjab Education Foundation was held at the District Council Hall in Gujrat on Friday.

The meeting is a part of a series of deliberations to review the pace of development programmes. Nadeem Masood spoke on various initiatives of the foundation.

Participants said 1.2 million students were receiving free education through the foundation grants. The meeting was also told that the PEF will partner with 200 new schools during this fiscal year. Later, Masood distributed cheques among partner schools and high achievers among students.
