
KPT’s Muhammad scored a hat-trick for his team as the match’s opening goal came in the 15th minute of the match. Muhammad doubled the lead in the 31st minute as KPT led 2-0 at the interval.
The striker scored his third goal in the 49th minute, while Muhammad Waseem Khan sealed the victory for KPT in the 66th minute.
“NBP played badly, while KPT is growing stronger with each match,” a match official told The Express Tribune.
KPT moved to fourth place with 10 points after playing seven matches, while NBP have 10 points after six matches and slumped to sixth position after yesterday’s loss.
Meanwhile, Lyallpur FC drew against ZTBL 3-3 in a high-scoring match in Lahore.
In today’s fixtures, Pak-Afghan Clearing Agency (Paca) will play Muslim FC in their opening matches of the season in Karachi.
