Tragic: Student killed in accident

ISLAMABAD: A 16-year old girl was killed in a road accident near Fazia Stop on Thursday. Maryam, a student of first-year, was crossing the road when a speeding double cabin pick-up, hit her, killing her on the spot. People nearby caught the driver and handed him over to the police. The incident occurred while she was on her way home from college, said an official.
