BAHAWALPUR: Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Punjab Chief Maulana Abdul Rasheed Ludhianvi said on Saturday that the solar energy project being set up in Bahawalpur should be named after Nawab Sir Sadiq Khan V. He was talking to newsmen at the Haroon Town mosque. He said the JUI-F had organised an all parties conference to curb extremism. He said the previous APCs had failed to achieve consensus among political parties and the army. He said the recent APC called by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz had resulted in some progress. He said the security situation in the country was dire and political parties should set aside their differences.
