Musa Khan, a resident of Dhoke Farman Ali, lodged a complaint with the local police that four armed motorcyclists intercepted him on Rawal Road and snatched an envelope containing Rs50,000 cash, a mobile phone and valuables from his possession.
He had been walking on the roadside after withdrawing money from a bank when he was intercepted.
