Lok Virsa: Truck art attracts visitors to museum

ISLAMABAD: Truck art attracts a large number of visitors to the Heritage Museum of Lok Virsa, where colorful and eye-catching artwork done on many decoration items displayed at the museum can hardly be seen anywhere else in the world.  Intricate mosaics of coloured glass mirror and bone coloured plastic pieces, as well as finely executed wood carvings adorn the superstructure of the cabins. Pakistan National Museum of Ethnology, popularly known as Heritage Museum, displays the living cultural traditions and lifestyles of the people of Pakistan not only from the mainstream but also from remotest corners of Pakistan.
