Minister says government committed to resolving all crises in the country.

Entertainment is necessary to create a positive environment in society, Federal Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid said at the inauguration of the Creative Village at the University of Lahore on Saturday.


Rashid said that the government was committed to resolving all crises in the country. He said that the government had had to increase the electricity tariff because the state exchequer was paying Rs6 subsidy per unit and the economy could not sustain the burden on it. Rashid said that a good communication system was the key for development. “The government has resolved to strengthen communication networks in the country,” he said.
