Preparations for Eidul Azha begin

KARACHI: Preparations for Eidul Azha have begun as the auction for plots in the Super Highway animal market will take place on October 8 after Zuhr prayers.

The auction for these temporary plots will take place at the control room set up by the administrator for the animal market, Shahab Ali.

Ali said that the formal auction will begin on October 8 and several dealers are expected to come. The auction for these 120x30 plots will be conducted on a first-come-first-served basis. He added that the cleaning of the area is almost complete and animals from the entire country will soon start arriving.
