QUETTA: Balochistan High Court has expressed resentment over non-submission of replies by the Prosecutor General over transfer of Nawab Akbar Bugti’s murder case to Islamabad and directed the Advocate General to come up with a satisfactory reply. The court expressed resentment over Additional Prosecutor General for not submitting the replies and said the Court wanted progress in the case while the prosecutor had been giving arguments which the Court had already heard. The petitioner’s counsel argued that the court lacked authority to transfer the case to other provinces however it can transfer the case within the province. The case was adjourned to August 24.
